Our Team

Mark Spieles, LISW-S

CEO

Mark has over 18 years working in the social service field. He joined Westwood Behavioral in 2004, and has served as a Behavioral Health Therapist, Clinical Supervisor prior to being named Chief Executive Officer in 2012.

Mark has a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from The University of Toledo, Master’s Degree in Social Work and Certificate in Leadership in Human Services Management from The Ohio State University. Mark holds a License as an Independent Social Worker with a Supervisory Endorsement (LISW-S).

Molly Shepherd-Spieles, LISW-S

Director of Clinical Services

Molly has over 18 years working in the social service field.  She has been employed with Westwood Behavioral Health Center since 2000, and has served as a Behavioral Health Therapist prior to being named Director of Clinical Services in 2005.

Molly earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Taylor University, and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University. Molly holds a License as an Independent Social Worker with a Supervisory Endorsement (LISW-S)

Lynn Johnson

Chief Financial Officer

Lynn joined Westwood Behavioral in 1997, as part of the merger with Fountainview Center.  She has served as the Chief Financial Officer since joining the agency.  Lynn earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Mount Vernon University.

Stacie Ball, LSW

QMHS Supervisor

Stacie has been employed with Westwood Behavioral since 2010. Stacie possess a wealth of clinical and supervisory experience.  Stacie is the supervisor of our Qualified Mental Health Specialists (QMHS)/Case Managers(CM).  She also provides individual and group therapy services as well.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Indiana Wesleyan University, and is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW).

Ashley Koontz, LSW

Drug Court Coordinator/Program Manager

Ashley joined Westwood Behavioral Health Center in 2014.  Ashley coordinates Drug Court activities for The Common Pleas Court.  She provides supervision for the Paulding County Drug Court Coordinator, and oversees program functions.  Ashley is very involved with The Ohio Supreme Court Initiatives for specialized dockets.  She is the agency representative to the Ohio Women’s Network (OWN), which focuses on gender specific issues around the availability and provision of alcohol, tobacco, and other drug rehabilitation programming.

Ashley earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology Degrees from Wright State University Dayton in 2014.  She also holds a License in Social Work.

Tony Greutman, LSW, LICDC

Therapist

Tony joined Westwood Behavioral in 2001. Tony provides individual and group therapy services out of the Van Wert Office.  Tony specializes in Alcohol and Drug services and those involved in the criminal justice system.

Tony earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Defiance College.  He is a Licensed Social Worker, and holds a License as an Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor.

Allison-Mueller Warnecke, LPC

Therapist

Allison joined Westwood Behavioral in 2015.  She works out of the Delphos office providing individual and group therapy services.

Allison earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Wright State University, and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wright State University in 2014.

Nicole Byrum, LIMFT

Nicole joined Westwood Behavioral in 2009.  Nicole earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Huntington University, and her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian College.  She is Licensed as an Independent Marriage and Family Therapist.

Sam Manz, LPC

Sam joined Westwood Behavioral in 2012. Sam earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from the University of Toledo, and his Master’s of Education in School Counseling from the University of Dayton.  Sam is licensed as a Professional Counselor.

Pam Jennings, LSW

Pam has been employed in the Tri County Mental Health System since 1997, becoming a Westwood Behavioral employee in 2007. Pam earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work and her Master’s of Social Work from The Ohio State University.  She is a Licensed Social Worker.

Todd Trippett, LSW

Todd joined Westwood Behavioral in 2003, and has over twenty years experience working in the social services field. Todd earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal justice from Ohio State University, and his Master’s Degree in Social Work from Liberty University.  Todd is a Licensed Social Worker.

Megan Tuttle, LISW-S, CTP

Megan joined Westwood Behavioral in 2012.  She provides mental health and substance use disorder treatment services out of the Van Wert office.  She has a specialty focus on working with those impacted by trauma.

Megan earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Tiffin University, and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Ohio State University.  Megan holds a License as an Independent Social Worker with Supervisory Endorsement.  She is also certified as a Trauma Informed Provider.

L. Ashley Tope

Ashley joined Westwood Behavioral in May 2017. She provides mental health and substance use disorder treatment services out of the Paulding office. Ashley earned her Bachelor of Social Work Degree from the University of Saint Francis, and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Toledo. Ashley holds a license as an Independent Social Worker with Supervisory Endorsement, LISW-S.
